2008 2007 2006 2004 2003

December 24th, 2005
Merry Lemmymas, dear friends! I didn't have anything else to do at the moment so I thought to update my pages and write some shitty thingies here.
The Melena-tape is out. It's good (honestly) and cheap, so get yours.
The year 2006 will start with something like three new tapes (if I don't get one of them out next week) so it looks like there'll be no sleep 'til SHIT-50, or something like that.
Now I'm off to have some more coffee and doing other basic stuff, details available for request.

POISON IDEA: Feel The Darkness

Hi there! It sure nuff has been some time since I had some yakkin' round here. Many things have happened since. A few new tapes out (finally), a few new deals about the future releases (more information a bit later) and the biggest news, I guess, is that I got a job. Yes, the hell froze over and the blind man saw me. Uncle AK is a working uncle for the next five months (one down, five to go), which means also that I'm going to have some money for my future releases (unless I spend them all in overpriced 70's progrock vinyl rarities).
The bad news are that the Shitsuck's ultimate 5th anniversary contest is cancelled. I think at least some of you are aware that I had this kind of a thing in mind, but I had no time to think what would be the perfect contest for this purpose and the year is soon over anyway. Maybe I'll figure out something when it's time to celebrate the 10th birthday, right?
About the contests, the winners for the spring album contest were picked by uncle Fortune and the prizes have been sent to the lucky ones. Also the results for the votes will appear on these pages, not later than spring 2006...
Umm, what else is new... Oh yes, xmas soon. Be nice to mommy and buy me some presents (feel free to email me for a wantlist).

Well hey! It's been quite a while since the last blah-blah moment. I've had busy life lately with not much time to play with you kids. Lately I've been busy also making some new tapes for your pleasure. The first three of them came out officially today. You'll find more information about them from the news-section on the front page.
Hopefully it won't take long before the next bunch of releases is out. I know some of these things are very very late, but they're on their way. Stay patient, you little baboons.
I hope you also noticed the new Shitsuckfest page, there are some nice pics of the evening with a load of mp3's too.
Now I'm off to copy these new tapes and wait for your orders. The tape shop is open, you know.

June 8th, 2005
Hi there! Sorry I haven't talked to you for a while. I've been quite busy doing stuff and thingies.
Tomorrow is the big day, the birthday party! Five whole years of sucking shit with my tapes and stuff. I've been copying tapes for the last few days like a, umm well, imagine some creature that does a lot of tape copying and you'll get the picture. Tomorrow will also be a kind of a release party for two tapes which are the Pillupuhelin tape with their complete recordings, plus the new tape by Uhreja kuten me kaikki. I've had no time to put the UKMK tape information here yet, but meanwhile check out their homepage at http://www.uhrejakutenmekaikki.com/.
I was also meant to release a 5th birthday tape, but I just didn't have enough time to compile it, so it will be released later. It will include some unreleased recordings by Kauniit Poliisit, Dr. Vector, JP Jakonen, Shame 'n' Scandal, Urine Specimen, The Flying Fishrooster Experiment and others. Other new item to pop out quite soon is a discography tape by a finnish punk band Pohja. It includes all their stuff up to 2004. More information about it later.
And finally, at least but not least, check out the homepage of the new band Melena where I play drums in! There are three new mp3's we recorded earlier this week.
Now I'll go eat some food and copy some more tapes for tomorrow. I hope I see you tomorrow night and if I don't, remember to be nice to mommy.

May 3rd, 2005
Hello again. It's been quite a while since I've written anything in here. I've been quite busy playing bass (and some drums too) and doing stuff and thingies. I have been trying to organize a gig to celebrate the 5th birthday of Shitsuck. Yes, it's soon 5 years since I put out the first ever Shitsuck release, which was the first Eddie Edwards tape. Those were the days, my friend, but so are these.
None of the new tapes aren't out yet, because the covers aren't ready and things like that. As soon as my financial situation (I think some people I know will find this funny) gets a bit better again, I'll do the covers and put the tapes out. Won't be long, I hope. I also extended the opening time for the springtime contest while we wait for this new Cities On Flame With Rock And Roll II tape to come out. I added the prizes in the contest page, so now you can see what you can win if you're lucky. And you'll be more lucky if you take part in that damn contest! The other reason why the contest is open now until the end of May is that I wasn't very happy for the amount of results on that contest. I need more answers to make an ultimate springtime records list. So you'd better help me do it!
Well, that's all for this time again. And time for me to make some coffee.

Hi again. How are you doing? Uncle AK is doing fine, as always (nowadays). I've been doing my evil plans again and the newest one is called SCARECROW VS. LUCIEN. Yes, it's a split tape, a 30 minute battle between evil and evil. It should be out during spring 2005, after I get these few tapes out I promised you a long time ago. Patience, my little monkeys.
Tomorrow it's time to leave home for something like two weeks again. Savo calling, be sure to miss me when I'm gone or I may never return. And by the way, it seems you little puppies haven't been very active in taking part of my contest! A bit more activity please, it won't take much of your time and it's bloody free of charge. Now do it! I want to see some nice well thought votings when I get back home, don't you dare to let me down!
That's all for now. Be nice to mommy.

The first ever Shitsuck contest has been declared! To celebrate the first day of spring (and my birthday) I did put some nice vote-o-rama for you on these pages. The idea is: Tell me what albums are your "springtime soundtrack". Your favourite records to listen to in spring. Name some of them and leave your name and email (so I can contact you if you win) and make me a happy uncle. The prizes will be neat, Cities On Flame With Rock And Roll II with some bonus stuff too! Sweet, ain't it?
For an example I'll give you my own top 5, now go and tell me yours here.

Uncle AK's all-time top 5 spring albums:
GREEN DAY: Kerplunk
SMASHING PUMPKINS: Siamese Dream
HANOI ROCKS: Oriental Beat
THERAPY?: Troublegum
W.A.S.P.: The Headless Children

The Shitsuck website moved today. The old site didn't have enough space for this gigantic high fidelity multimedia system, so my friend Joona helped me out and Shitsuck webworld found a new home at http://shitsuck.loukku.org/. Anyway also the old http://shitsuck.cjb.net/ address is working, with a new alternate address http://shitsuck.kuori.org/. I'm sorry for the possible confusion this procedure might cause.
The Vaihtoehto tape is soon finished and ready to be released. It's been a hard job to select the best of the best from over two hours of stuff, which was selected from mucher larger amount of several recordings. The ?-Duty tape will be released at the same time as Vaihtoehto, I'm trying to do a feature page for that release soon too. Hang on, my furry little friends.
That's pretty much all this time. I'm a bit tired for this website battle, but I hope everything will start to work out fine again. Please be patient.

Great, just fucking great! I received the first ever junkmail to my new email address today. It actually surprised me how long it took before this first one. Well, if I ever get near that lousy fuckface who sent it, there's going to be a murder. A brutal one. I'll teach you to mess with my mailbox, you worthless asswipe.
Yeah, some other news. New tapes are coming as always and the release dates of some new thingies are getting near. Stay tuned. Meanwhile waiting for them: Make It Look Like An Accident, a zine by me and my friend Jari, is out and can be ordered from me. It's mostly in finnish language though, but it's nice and sweet and cute and stuff. Honestly. Also for the funny finnish-speaking persons there's a new bootlegged spoken word tape in the distro, telling you lots of important things about all the evil thingies in rock and roll music. I saw the new cd by Rytmihäiriö today and it seems they have taken quite much influences for that album from that tape. If you want to hear the whole shit (which I highly recommend), it's available and it's cheap.
What else? My favourite band Kauniit Poliisit are touring in UK and Germany. If you're around be sure to go see them. You're gonna love them. Honestly.
That's all for this time. Feel free to send me nice emails that would make me a happy uncle. Be ready to die if you're going to send me any more spam about medications or body part enlargeners or any of that other shit that makes me a very unhappy uncle who's ready to kill. Thank you, puppies.

Shitsuck has a new email address now. Let me tell you why is it so. The previous email address was my old personal address I have had several years now. Lately I have been using my email account through an email client program (or whatever it's called, this IMAP thing you know), because the webmail page was full of some shitty flash advertisements that made my browser work very slowly, which made checking my emails almost impossible. Not nice really. Anyway, until now everything has been working fine (except that I received something like 70 junkmails per day), but then they decided to end this possibility to use email client programs - unless you pay. For money they offered spam filters, more space for emails and a possibility to use other ways than the shitty crappy webmail for checking my emails. That was it, I'm not going to pay for it, so now I have a new email address. It has more space than the older one, anti-virus and anti-spam protection, a possibility for IMAP and it's free. So eat my you-don't-want-me-to-mention-what, you greedy assuck corporations!
The Vaihtoehto-page is also opened now. It will contain information about Vaihtoehto and about their forthcoming tape. It also has already one mp3 from that tape and more will come now and then. Keep checking the page to hear those magic sounds from the past.
A few new items in the distro again, some highly recommendable stuff. Of course more stuff is always welcome, so if you have released a tape... you know what to do!

Ou wee! I finally added a counter to this page. Now I'm watching all of you little bas... baboons. Sit down and be counted! Or something like that.
Hey, the new stuff is coming out soon! The Vaihtoehto tape is soon compiled and edited and ready to be out. The same goes for Cities On Flame II. Some you might have also noticed some new "coming soon"-items on the releases-section. One of the finest things to come out soon is the complete recordings-tape from Pillupuhelin. And much more is coming, as always. I should do the info pages for all those new items in the near future with sounds and stuff. I can't wait to let you hear some appetizers from Vaihtoehto, ?-duty and all the others.
What else is new? Eddie Edwards will release a split tape with Scissor Shock. It's going to be released in some other format too somewhere else. You'll know more about it later. Now I try to figure out something for my new page for links and then get some sleep. Have fun, buy some tapes, stuff stuff stuff.

Oh boy! It's a brand new year, and a slightly brand new Shitsuck webpage! (Thanks to dear Jane for helping me a bit!) You possibly have had some fun with that text "this page is heavily under construction" on the frontpage, because that so called "construction" never shows here as having any changes or other things like that. Well, actually it means that this page will never be ready or finished. Some minor changes, like now, will come, but the page will always look as crappy as ever. No flashy discolight-laserbeam ultragigantic boogaloo. Just the basics or something like that. (Yama yama yama, boring boredom.)
Well, what else is new? A few new tapes are coming pretty soon, and some plans about a bunch of other new tapes have been around. Plus this year, this very year, Shitsuck will be 5, yes FIVE years young! All your presents and happy birthday cards are welcome. But please don't bake a cake. If the cake says "shitsuck", I don't want to know what's in it. I have also some evil plans to celebrate this 5 year thingie, but don't even imagine that I would tell them to you now! The d-day is somewhere around May and June, you'll know everything when the time is closer.
I've got a feeling oh five is going to be a good year. I will brave bad weather and try to release more tapes than on any previous year. The beginning of the last year was the shits and I had nothing done, but this time I'll try to be active for the whole year. Let's see what happens, my dear puppies! Now stop hanging around this kind of sleazy webpages, go do something useful and give your mom a hug!
